IBH Datentechnik and NEXUS INTEGRATION SOLUTION are becoming NEXUS / IPS GmbH: Bundled know-how for optimized processes in healthcare

Since February 2020, the know-how in the preparation of medical products of IBH Datentechnik GmbH and the expertise in applications interfaces of NEXUS INTEGRATION SOLUTION GmbH are being combined to form NEXUS / IPS GmbH.

Process optimization, process orientation and process integration are three buzzwords that crop up time and again as the healthcare sector works hard to achieve digitalization. Everyone agrees about one thing: The promises of a digital transformation cannot be delivered without processes and procedures adapted to reflect new circumstances.

From February 2020, NEXUS / IPS GmbH comes into existence as a new division, one in which precisely these skill sets are grouped together: In future, the comprehensive process know-how of IBH Datentechnik GmbH will be complemented perfectly by the expertise in communications platforms of NEXUS INTEGRATION SOLUTION GmbH. The outcome: Integrated Process Solutions – or IPS for short.

Taking experience in the preparation of medical products as a starting point, this merger offers scope for exploiting to the full existing synergies to benefit customers – from seamless OP integration to the linking via open interfaces of hardware components, medical products or IoT products and out to comprehensive integration in individual system environments.

NEXUS / IPS GmbH will be assuming overall legal succession of the merged IBH Datentechnik GmbH. The head office for this company will be based in Donaueschingen. The company locations in Kassel and Ismaning will continue to exist. The web presence for this new company can be found at www.nexus-ips.de.
