NEXUS AG Expands into the Spanish Market
NEXUS AG has acquired 90% of SISinf, S.L, a specialized health care software company located in Sabadell, Spain. With 35 employees and customers in the major hospitals of Catalonia, the company is currently a highly recognized player in the health care software market of Catalonia. SISinf is also offering a specialized software solution for “In Vitro Fertilization-Clinics”, a European wide growing market.
SISinf and NEXUS are planning to establish this product line in other European markets and to expand their joint activities in the Spanish market. With the addition of modules and products from NEXUS, SISinf will be offering its customers the whole range of clinical and diagnostic information systems from a single source.
Through this acquisition, NEXUS has completed another step in becoming a leading European E-Health company. NEXUS is actively combining eHealth know-how from different European countries in order to provide better products and services to the hospitals.
