Ad hoc: NEXUS pays first dividend
Villingen-Schwenningen, 12th April, 2012: NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen,
specialized in clinical software will suggest to pay a dividend of 10 cents
per share to the annual stockholders meeting, taking place at May, 23th,
2012.
The intention is to be paid from net profit of KEUR 5,366 a dividend of
KEUR 1,428. Revenue reserves should be adjusted to KEUR 3,900. In 2011
NEXUS has increased sales by 19.4% to EUR 53.3 million. NEXUS reached a
two-digit growth in sales and profit - as in previous years. The suggested
dividend payment documents a properity of steady upward trend of being
consequently oriented in innovations for the e-health market.
