Ad hoc: NEXUS AG decides to increase capital by 5.6% (800,000 shares)

Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, 05 November 2012 - The Executive Board of NEXUS AG today decided to increase the company's capital. The Supervisory Board has approved the decision. The share capital of NEXUS AG is to be
increased by EUR 800,000 using authorised capital while rescinding shareholders' statutory subscription rights. The increase will be in exchange for cash contributions, with 800,000 (5.6%) notional no-par-value bearer shares being issued. The move will increase the company's share capital from EUR 14,305,150 to EUR 15,105,150.

The increase in capital is used to finance the latest acquisitions.
Executive Board also expects to get opportunities for further acquisitions
selectively to increase market shares in Europe. The inflow of funds will
be used for the further organic and inorganic growth of the group.

NEXUS AG - the eHealth-Specialist - develops and sells IT solutions for
