With the acquisition of approx. 93% of the shares in RVC Medical IT, which is based in Amersfoort, Netherlands, and Freiburg, Germany, we have further strengthened our expertise in this area and gained the leading provider of clinical “Enterprise Imaging Software” in the Dutch market for NEXUS. With approx. 70 employees, the company has a market share of 50% in the Netherlands and simultaneously markets its products in Belgium and Germany.

NEXUS is gaining a recognized and internationally active team of experts for structured diagnostic diagnosis and image processing in hospitals with RVC Medical IT. The company has excellent know-how in clinical processes in specialist departments and in the integration of imaging devices.

In the future, RVC will benefit from the knowledge transfer and synergy effects of the NEXUS Group, thus further accelerating our common growth path and internationalization.
