NEXUS strengthens its commitment to CRM software: CRM for clinics and non-profit organisations continues to gain importance

It is becoming increasingly important for hospitals and non-profit organisations to remain in active exchange with their patients and referring doctors via digital processes. This is more and more becoming a prerequisite to ensure a high quality of treatment and at the same time to secure the economic base of health care facilities. The use of "Customer Relationship Management" (CRM) is of central importance here and is developing into a dynamically growing future market.

NEXUS AG is strengthening its commitment in this area with the majority participation in ANT-Informatik AG, Zurich. NEXUS already acquired a stake in CREATIV SOFTWARE AG in 2018 and thus included a modern CRM for hospitals and donation organisations in its software range. ANT Informatik complements this strategy ideally with joint modules, joint development projects and additional customer segments.

In the future, we will be even better positioned to professionalise and automate communication with patients, referring physicians and donors. This is an important aspect that is also strongly promoted and demanded in the German Hospital Future Act (KHZG). In the future, hospitals will be obliged to ensure consistent and secure communication with patients and referring physicians.

With over 60 customers in Switzerland and Germany, ANT-Informatik AG is one of the major providers of CRM systems for non-profit and donation organisations. The focus of the application is on the seamless integration of CRM into customer landscapes and the modern technology set. Renowned organisations from Germany and Switzerland, such as CARITAS, Doctors Without Borders or German Doctors, are supported by approx. 35 employees in Switzerland and Germany.

In the future, ANT-Informatik AG and CREATIV will coordinate their products and act together on the Swiss, German and international markets. The solutions will be offered to broader customer groups via new innovation projects and oriented to the new requirements of the health system through close cooperation in the NEXUS Group.
